**Saturday March 10 - Bower Place Mall (9:30 am - 9:00 pm) - All forms of payment accepted.

*** Families registering more than 1 child will receive a $10.00 fee reduction for each additional child registered, to a maximum of $30.00

*** Registering after March 11 will result in a $10.00 late fee.  PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE R.D.C.S.A. OFFICE ONLY

*** Each player is charged a $15.00 future facility / facility enhancement fee (included in registration fee amount).

PLAYER RELEASES
For those of you who require player release forms, the following is required:
1. Complete Name of Player

2. Players Complete Address (inc postal code)

3. Players phone number

4. Players date of birth

5. Team playing for including the district this team competes in

Please be advised that effective immediately, all district releases (excluding CASA) need to pay $25 prior to release being signed.  Cheques for payment are to go to Red Deer City Soccer Association.
